Whole Roast Chicken with Potatoes

  • 1 whole Friato chicken
  • 1 spoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of dried onion and parsley
  • 1 sachet of onion cream
  • 1 sachet of mayonnaise
  • 1 spoon of Friato butter
  • Potatoes to taste

Preparation

Mode

  1. Put it on a platter The whole Friato chicken, in a bowl, mix the dehydrated seasonings, the onion cream sachet, the Friato butter and the mayonnaise.
  2. Then spread the paste all over the chicken, including its interior and skin.
  3. Leave the chicken in the seasoning for 40 minutes.
  4. Then pre-cook the potatoes with a pinch of salt.
  5. Place the chicken to bake, covering it with aluminum foil, over a 180º heat.
  6. After 1 hour of baking, place the potatoes and leave for another 30 minutes.
  7. Afterwards, it will be ready to serve.
