I want to become a customer and sell Friato products. How do I start?
Go to the Distributors page, choose your state and send the form. Your request goes to the distributor or sales representative in your region, with a copy to the Friato sales team, which follows up.
Where can I buy Friato products?
Friato products reach stores through our network of distributors and sales representatives. If you cannot find a product in your city, ask your store or contact us through Contact Us.
I had a problem with a product. What should I do?
Keep the package and choose the Complaints subject on Contact Us. Tell us the product, batch and best-before date printed on the package and, if possible, attach photos. Your message goes straight to Quality Assurance. You can also call customer service: +55 (64) 3461-1900.
Where can I see nutrition facts, ingredients and allergens?
On the package of each product, which carries the information for the batch you bought. We are adding nutrition facts to the website gradually: when available, they appear on the product page under Products.
How should I store the products?
Follow the storage instructions and best-before date printed on each package. Frozen products must stay frozen until cooking, and chilled products must be kept refrigerated.
Are Friato products inspected?
Yes. Friato products are inspected by the Federal Inspection Service (SIF) of Brazil's Ministry of Agriculture. The registration number is printed on the package.
I need product photos for a promotional flyer. Where can I find them?
In Products, open the product page and use the Download image button to get the high-resolution photo.
