From the first farm to the new industrial complex, every step was built with work and care.
It all began in 1980, in the fields of Goiás, with people who believed in working the land. The farm grew, became industry and, in 1998, gave rise to Friato. Since then, every new step — the hatchery, the expanded processing plant, the ready-to-eat foods factory, the complex in the Northeast — has followed the same idea from day one: taking care of everything, from the field to your table.

1980Ipuã Agriculture
Acquisition of Fazenda São Paulo, in Ipameri Goiás, and transformation of the 20 thousand hectares property in Agropecuária Ipuã

1983Goiás Vegetable Oils LTDA
Óleo Vegetais de Goiás benefits the soy produced by the Tomazini Group, producing bran and soy and degummed soy oil, with a daily production of one thousand tons.

Foundation of the Brascal limestone mill.

The Armazéns Gerais Ipuã are located in the cities of Ipameri, Vianópolis and Caldas Novas - State of Goiás, and contribute to the flow of production from Agropecuária Ipuã and other rural producers in the region.

Beginning of the operation of Nutriza, an industrial complex formed by breeding stock plants, hatchery, slaughter and processing plant.

2005Santa Maria Agriculture
A farm has 10,000 hectares of milho and soy plantation in Caldas Novas - Goiás, adding products and yields to the Group.

2008GT Auto Station
Strategically located in front of Olvego and Friato, or fuel and self-service station with transporter desks and parking for cargo transportation.

2009Serra Branca Agrícola
The Group's most recent investment, the 120,000-hectare property is in the municipality of Uruçuí - Piauí, and is destined for the production of corn and soybeans.

2014Slaughterhouse Expansion
Expansion of the slaughterhouse with a capacity of 300,000 birds per day. Inauguration of the new Processed Foods Factory with a capacity of 400 tons per day.

2019New Feed Factory
Inauguration of the new Feed Factory, with a capacity to produce 120 tons of feed per hour, 100% pelletized.

2021Slaughterhouse Expansion
Expansion of the slaughterhouse with a capacity of 450,000 birds per day and the acquisition of a 22,000-hectare area in Sandolândia-TO, dedicated to agriculture and cattle farming, named Fazenda Água Fria.

2022New Hatchery
To meet the new capacity of the slaughterhouse, a new hatchery was built, with the capacity to incubate 160 million eggs per year.

Groundbreaking of Nutriza Nordeste S/A in Uruçuí (PI), marking the brand’s expansion and contributing to the development of Brazil’s Northeast region.

2024Friato Alimentos Rebranding
Friato underwent a brand rebranding and packaging redesign, strengthening its identity and modernizing its market presence.

The Thermoprocessed Products Industrial Unit began operations with a production capacity of 60 tons per day, enabling Friato to manufacture products such as breaded items, steaks, hamburgers, breaded cuts, and various others.
