THE FRIATO PREMIX FACTORY IS DESIGNED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MICROINGREDIENTS FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF HEAVY BREESE FEEDS AND BROIL CHICKENS AT DIFFERENT PHASES OF THE PRODUCTION CYCLE. IT HAS A PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF 350 TONS OF PREMIXES PER MONTH.
HAS TWO INDEPENDENT WEIGHING, MIXING AND DISPATCH LINES, OUR FACTORY GUARANTEES THE ABSENCE OF CONTAMINATION BETWEEN PRODUCTS, WHICH ENSURES THE BIOSAFETY OF THIS STAGE OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS.
ALL PRODUCTION PROCESSES ARE SUBJECTED TO STRICT QUALITY CONTROL THAT MEETS THE SPECIFICATIONS OF MAPA (MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK AND SUPPLY) AND ARE SUPERVISED BY AN ANIMAL NUTRITIONIST.

THE FRIATO BREEDING SECTOR HOUSES ABOUT 1 MILLION BIRDS PER YEAR. THE SECTOR IS LOCATED IN AN AREA OF 400 HECTARES, SURROUNDED BY A VEGETABLE BARRIER AND TOTALLY ISOLATED FROM OTHER CREATION PHASES. THIS MODEL SEEKS TO INCREASE THE SANITARY STATUS OF BATCHES AND GUARANTEE BIOSAFETY AT THIS PHASE OF THE PRODUCTION CYCLE.
BIRDS ARE RAISED IN CONDITIONED HARDWARE THAT KEEP THE BIRDS IN CONDITIONS OF THERMAL COMFORT AND LIGHT INTENSITY CONTROL.
EGG PRODUCTION FARM
FRIATO'S EGG PRODUCTION AVIARIES PRODUCE 160 MILLION FERTILE EGGS PER YEAR. THE SECTOR IS LOCATED IN AN AREA AWAY FROM THE OTHERS, SURROUNDED BY REFORESTATION, SERVING AS A SANITARY BARRIER.
RELYING ON CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY, THE AVIARIES ARE EQUIPPED WITH AUTOMATIC NESTS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING THE EGGS TO THE SORTING MACHINE. THEY ARE LATER STORED IN CLIMATE EGG ROOMS WHICH PROVIDE OPTIMAL TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CONDITIONS TO GUARANTEE QUALITY. THESE PROCESSES ARE AIM TO MEET BIOSAFETY STANDARDS AND REDUCE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION.
AFTER BEING CLASSIFIED, THE EGGS ARE SELECTED, DISINFECTED AND TRANSPORTED DAILY TO THE HATCHERY IN AIR CONDITIONED VEHICLES.
INCUBATORY
THE FRIATO HATCHERY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSES OF INCUBATION, HATCHING, SELECTION AND VACCINATION OF CHICKS. CURRENTLY, THE COMPLEX IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INCUBATING 160 MILLION EGGS PER YEAR.
RECENTLY EXPANDED, THE HATCHERY HAS A MODERN SINGLE-STAGE INCUBATOR CENTER, WHERE TEMPERATURE, VENTILATION AND HUMIDITY ARE AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLED IN REAL TIME. AFTER BIRTH, THE 130 MILLION CHICKS ARE TRANSPORTED TO THE POULTRY IN CONDITIONED TRUCKS, GUARANTEING THE WELL-BEING OF THE BIRDS DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
FEED FACTORY (CUT CHICKEN)
THE FRIATO CHICKEN FEED FACTORY HAS A PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF 2,100 TONS OF PELLETIZED FEED PER DAY. THE FACTORY IS 100% AUTOMATED AND DESIGNED ON A MODERN VERTICALIZED PRODUCTION SYSTEM. IN ADDITION TO THE FACILITIES, THE COMPLEX HAS HIGH-TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS THE IN-LINE NIR, WHICH ADJUSTS THE FORMULATION IN REAL TIME, AND AN EXCLUSIVE MICRO-LIQUIDS DOSING SYSTEM IN A POST-PELLETING APPLICATOR (PPLA).
THE DISPATCH OF THE PRODUCED FEED IS CARRIED OUT BY ROBOTIZED UNLOADING, WHICH GUARANTEES THE EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF FEED TO BROIDER FARMS. ALL PROCESS STEPS ARE AUDITABLE BY QUALITY CONTROL AND MEET THE REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED IN THE GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES MANUAL (GMP).
Feed Factory (Matrices)
THE FRIATO BREEDER FEED FACTORY HAS A PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF 230 TONS PER DAY OF FEED FOR POULTRY IN THE BREEDING AND PRODUCTION PHASE. THE FACTORY IS APPROVED BY THE CONTROL OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP) REQUIRED BY MAPA AND HAS STRICT PEOPLE FLOW CONTROL.
THE FEEDS PRODUCED ARE EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE USE OF INGREDIENTS OF VEGETABLE ORIGIN FOLLOWED BY THE MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF QUALITY STANDARDS TO ENSURE THAT THE NUTRITIONAL NEEDS OF POULTRY ARE MET.
AVIARIES
FRIATO AVIARIES ARE THE PLACES WHERE 1-DAY-OLD CHICKS ARE HOUSED AND RAISED FOR 42 DAYS. AT THIS PHASE, ANIMALS EXPERIENCE WEIGHT INCREASE AND BODY GROWTH. RELYING ON A MODERN SYSTEM, THE HOUSES OFFER A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT AND ARE OPTIMIZED FOR THE HEALTHY GROWTH OF CHICKENS. IN ADDITION, ANIMALS HAVE ACCESS TO FOOD AND WATER IN ADEQUATE QUANTITY AND QUALITY.
