Honey Mustard Marinade

Ingredients List

  • 500 g of Friato chicken drumettes
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (20 g)
  • 10 g of minced garlic (approximately 3 cloves)
  • 6 g of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil (8 g)

Preparation Mode

  2. In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken and the marinade in a bag (vacuum sealing is not necessary).
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For a more intense flavor, let it marinate for 4 to 8 hours.
  5. Tip: You can also freeze the chicken already seasoned with the marinade in individual portions to make your routine easier.
