1.5 kg of cold chicken thigh and drumstick;
  • Tomato extract;
  • 10 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 onions;
  • 1/2 glass of water;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 2 chicken broths.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Beat the peeled garlic cloves, chopped onion and water in a blender until it becomes a cream, then add the chicken stock and salt.
  2. Remove the skin from the Friato thighs and drumsticks, season with the mixture and let it rest for an hour.
  3. Cut the other onions into slices, line the bottom of the pressure cooker, add the chicken, cover and heat.
  4. When you get pressure, leave for another 20 minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Pass the thighs and drumsticks to a refractory.
  6. Take the broth left in the pressure cooker, put it in a pan and add the tomato extract.
  7. Return the chicken to the pressure cooker, alternating in layers with the onions and the broth that you left separate.
  8. Cover and fire again.
  9. When you get pressure, leave another 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pressure out.
  10. This recipe is very tasty, yields 8 servings and everyone will love it!
