Stuffed sausage

Ingredients

  • 4 Friato sausages boiled for 1 minute;
  • ½ cup of boiled and mashed potato tea;
  • 1 spoon (dessert) of mustard;
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped olives;
  • salt
  • and chopped parsley to taste;
  • 12 slices of bacon;
  • ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise;
  • 9 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.

Preparation

Mode

  1. With a knife cut 4 Friato sausages lengthwise, without separating the two halves.
  2. With the help of a teaspoon make a cavity on both sides of the sausages.
  3. Reserve.
  4. In a bowl mix 120 g of boiled and mashed potatoes, 1 spoon (dessert) of mustard, 1 spoon (soup) of chopped olives, 3 tablespoons (soup) of grated Parmesan cheese, salt to taste and chopped parsley to taste.
  5. Fill the sausage cavities with this mixture and close each sausage again, returning it to its original shape.
  6. Reserve.
  7. Mix ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise with 6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Reserve.
  9. Arrange 2 slices of bacon, side by side on a cutting board, spread some of the mayonnaise and parmesan mixture over the slices and wrap each slice of bacon, wrapping all the Friato sausage.
  10. Repeat the same procedure with the other sausages and cook on a skillet over low heat until the bacon is golden and crispy on all sides (about 8 minutes).
  11. A tasty sausage will be ready to serve with the accompaniment you prefer!
