Stuffed Cold Chicken Drumstick

Ingredients

  • 6 Cold boneless drumsticks;
  • 1 lemon juice;
  • Salt and oregano to taste;
  • 6 slices of mozzarella;
  • 6 slices of ham;
  • 100 g of diced bacon;
  • 1 package of onion cream;
  • 100 g of pitted olives;
  • 6 tablespoons of cream cheese and
  • 1 medium onion, grated.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Season the Friato Drumsticks with lemon, salt, oregano and onion.
  2. Inside each Fried chicken drumstick, place a slice of mozzarella, a slice of ham, bacon, olives and a spoonful of creamy curd.
  3. Then, secure them with a toothpick and butter with the onion cream.
  4. Distribute the Friato Drumsticks on a baking sheet greased with oil and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, remove the foil, let it brown for about another 20 minutes, then serve.
