Ingredients

500g of chicken wing coxinha 
  • Juice of 1 squeezed lemon
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of cumin 
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano 
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 plastic oven bag

Preparation

Mode

Take all the ingredients (except the wheat flour) and mix in the chicken;
  1. Preheat the oven (180ºC);
  2. Sprinkle the wheat flour on the chicken - it will help not to stick;
  3. Place it in the oven plastic bag or cover with aluminum foil;
  4. Bake for 40 minutes;
  5. Open the plastic bag or remove the foil and let it brown for another 10 minutes.
