500g of chicken wing coxinha

Juice of 1 squeezed lemon
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch of cumin
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 plastic oven bag

Preparation Mode

Take all the ingredients (except the wheat flour) and mix in the chicken;

Preheat the oven (180ºC);
Sprinkle the wheat flour on the chicken - it will help not to stick;
Place it in the oven plastic bag or cover with aluminum foil;
Bake for 40 minutes;
Open the plastic bag or remove the foil and let it brown for another 10 minutes.
