Potato Rolls with Cold Sausage

  • 14 Friato sausages;
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine;
  • 300g of peeled potatoes, cooked and squeezed;
  • 2 cups of wheat flour tea;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 1 spoon of baking powder and
  • To brush a gem.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Pass the Friato sausages in the boiling water, drain and cut in half.
  2. Reserve.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the margarine, potatoes, wheat flour, eggs, salt and yeast.
  4. Work the dough until it releases from the hands.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough and cut several triangles.
  6. Roll the dough into each piece of sausage, distribute on a baking sheet, brush the beaten egg yolk and bake in the preheated oven at 200º C until golden, for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. A hint? Serve with yellow mustard, it will be delicious!
