Honey Chicken Breast

  • 4 boneless cold chicken breasts divided in half;
  • salt to taste;
  • olive oil for anointing;
  • 1/4 cup of butter;
  • 1/4 cup of bee honey;
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (soy sauce);

Preparation

Mode

  1. Cut the Friato chicken breasts into strips, season with salt and place them on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
  2. In a saucepan melt the butter and add the honey and soy sauce.
  3. Place the sauce over the chicken and bake in a medium oven, at 180 º C, preheated, for 45 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
  4. Bathe the chicken with the sauce every 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is golden and tender.
