Ham Lasagna and White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package of lasagna pasta straight to the oven
  • 300 g of mozzarella
  • 300 g of cold ham, sliced
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 500 ml of water
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 spoon of butter or margarine
  • 4 shallow tablespoons of wheat flour

Preparation

Mode

Put the chopped garlic, onion and margarine in a pan and fry until golden brown.
  1. Remove from heat and add milk, water and flour and dissolve with a fork and return to heat and stir continuously until thickened, turn off and set aside.
  2. Lay with white sauce, lasagna, cheese and ham until just below the edge of the ovenproof dish and finish with white sauce, mozzarella and a little grated cheese to taste.
  3. Bake for about 40 minutes over medium heat.
