Fried Chicken with Pizzaiolo

  • Cold Chicken Steaks;
  • Tomato Sauce;
  • Mozzarella cheese;
  • Oregano and
  • Basil.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Place the tomato sauce on the bottom of a dish, then grill some previously seasoned Friato chicken steaks and pour them over the sauce.
  2. Cover with slices of mozzarella cheese, then add the slices of tomato, oregano and basil.
  3. If necessary, place a pinch of salt over the tomatoes.
  4. Place in a medium oven (150ºC) just to melt the cheese and heat the sauce.
  5. Ready.
