1 kg of Friato thigh and drumstick;
  • 6 cloves of garlic;
  • Black pepper to taste;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Breadcrumbs.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Place the Friato thighs and drumsticks in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper and very small cut garlic.
  2. Pass the mayonnaise all over the chicken and then the breadcrumbs.
  3. Place everything in an ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings, it is very simple and practical.
