Cremoso Hot Dog Friato

Ingredients List
- 12 Friato Hot Dog Sausages
- 1 unit Friato Calabresa-style Sausage
- 500g heavy cream
- 200g Friato Mozzarella Cheese
- Nutmeg to taste
- 12 hot dog buns
Preparation Mode
- Boil 2 liters of water, cook the sausages for 4 minutes, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat a drizzle of oil (1 tablespoon) and fry the Friato Calabresa-style Sausage until well browned.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, add the mozzarella cheese, and mix until the cheese melts. Using a grater, grate nutmeg to taste.
- Cut the buns in half and place the sausage, the white cream, and the fried calabresa on top, then serve.
