Cold Sausage Calabrese Flambé with Cachaça

  • 300 g of Calabrian sausage Friato;
  • 2 large onions;
  • 1 chalice of cachaça.

Preparation

Mode

  1. In a frying pan place the sliced Frizian pepperoni sausage for frying.
  2. Add the onion, also sliced, and let it brown. 
  3. Put the cachaça to flambé (throw a lit match in the frying pan) and that's it!Just remove from the heat and serve with bread for an appetizer.
  4. Easy, practical and delicious!
