cold pepperoni sausage souffle with bacon

Ingredients

5 cold pepperoni sausages cut into cubes;
  • 500 g of chopped bacon;
  • 400 g of bread in small cubes (or ground);
  • 1 tablespoon of fennel;
  • 700 ml of fresh cream;
  • 8 eggs;

Preparation

Mode

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the bacon and set aside.
  2. Use the fat left in the pan to fry the bread.
  3. Place the fennel, sour cream, eggs and pepper in a bowl, beat well and set aside.
  4. In a baking dish, put the sausages, the bacon, then the sour cream with eggs.
  5. On top of everything, throw the fried bread and take it in a medium oven for 30 minutes.
  6. No words for so much flavor!
