1 cup of grated cheese;
  • 1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs;
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder;
  • 1 pinch of powdered onion;
  • 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 2.2 kg of cold chicken wing;
  • 115 g of melted butter;
  • Oil for greasing.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and oil it.
  3. Reserve.
  4. Mix the grated cheese, flour and spices in a bowl.
  5. Pass the chicken Friato in the melted butter, then in the breadcrumbs and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, turn and bake for another 10 minutes, until the other side is golden brown.
  8. This recipe yields 20 portions and is delicious!
