cold chicken wing with sweet sauce

  • 1.5 kg of cold chicken wing;
  • 2 tablespoons of oil;
  • 7 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup;
  • 225 ml of honey;
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced or crushed;
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Mode

First of all, turn on the oven at 190º and let it preheat while preparing the recipe.
  1. Place the chicken on a baking sheet, spreading the Friato wings well.
  2. Make a sauce with olive oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Throw it over the chicken wings and bake for an hour, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  4. The recipe serves 6 people, takes just 15 minutes to prepare and just over an hour to be ready.
  5. It is delicious both with rice and broccoli, and as a snack.
