2 medium strips of chicken sausage Friato;
  • 1 small onion cut into very thin slices;
  • 1 clove of crushed medium garlic;
  • 1/2 can of green corn;
  • 1 cup of curd tea;
  • 2 pinches of oregano;
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil;
  • If necessary, add salt.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Cut the Friato chicken sausage into medium pieces.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan, add the crushed garlic, the very thin onion and, when golden, the sausage.
  3. Fry for 5 minutes, add the corn and oregano, mix well and add the curd.
  4. Mix until the curd melts and that's it!
