1.2 kg of whole cold chicken;
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk;
  • 2 crumbled chicken stock cubes;
  • 1 liter of oil;
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Season the Friato chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, milk and chicken broth, inside and out, and let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Drain the seasoning and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil well in a pressure cooker, place the chicken with the breast down, cover the pan without the pin and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. After boiling, turn off the heat, let it cool, open the pan, turn the chicken over, cover again and cook for another 20 minutes.
  5. After boiling, turn off the heat, wait for it to cool, remove the chicken and let it drain on paper towels.
  6. Ready! Now just put it in a dish and serve it to four people with white rice.
