1 kg of cold chicken heart;
  • 1 tablespoon of oil;
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of white wine;
  • 3 tablespoons of mustard;
  • 1 cup (tea) of sour cream;
  • Salt, pepper and thyme to taste;
  • Fresh herbs to decorate.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the Friato hearts already clean and without grease, using the high heat so that they are pink inside.
  2. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the same pan, remove the excess fat, add the white wine and let it evaporate.
  4. Add mustard, heart and thyme, stir and add the cream.
  5. Let it warm without boiling and that's it.
  6. This recipe is served as a main dish, yields up to 4 servings and is ready quickly.
