cold chicken gizzard stew

1 kg of cold chicken gizzard;
  • 1 pouch of chicken broth;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1/2 bell pepper;
  • 1/2 medium onion;
  • Green seasoning (coriander, parsley and chives);
  • 200 ml of coconut milk;
  • Tomato extract to give color;
  • Salt.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Cut the Friato gizzards into four parts, place in the pressure cooker with water until covered, chicken broth sachet and bay leaf.
  2. Let the pan pick up pressure, count 30 minutes cooking after that and remove the gizzards.
  3. Drain the liquid and reserve only the gizzards.
  4. Beat the garlic, onion, tomato, pepper, a part of green seasoning with half the glass of coconut milk and salt in a blender, forming a seasoning.
  5. Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil, add the seasoning you made, add the gizzards, mix and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the rest of the coconut milk and about 3 tablespoons of tomato paste.
  7. Set the salt and just before turning off the heat, add a little more chopped green seasoning.
  8. Your recipe is ready! To be perfect, serve with white rice and a leafy salad.
