Christmas Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked and seasoned rice.
  • ½ cup raisins (optional)
  • ½ chopped walnuts½ finely chopped onion
  • 120 g Friato chicken breast, cooked and shredded.
  • Olive oil to taste.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Sauté the onion in olive oil, add the shredded chicken and let it brown.
  2. Add the raisins and walnuts, mix well and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the rice, mix without letting the rice stick to the pan.
  4. Turn off the oven and serve!
