Friato Butter
6 French bread rolls, cut in half
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
Chopped parsley and green onions to taste
Seasoning to taste

Preparation Mode

Prepare the vinaigrette with the tomatoes, onion, parsley and green onions, and seasoning to taste.
Place the sausages on the grill (griddle/air fryer) and let them cook.
Afterwards, remove from heat, cut in half lengthwise, spread Friato Butter on both sides, and place the cut side back on the grill (griddle/air fryer).
Assemble the sandwiches with the Friato Sausage and the vinaigrette, and serve immediately.
