Chilled sausage pie with cheddar

10 Cold dog hot dog sausages;
  • 1 packet of salt and water biscuit (200g);
  • 4 tablespoons of margarine;
  • 1 cup (tea) of cheddar cheese;
  • 1 can of sour cream;
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Place the cookie in a blender, mash and mix with the margarine.
  2. Use this dough to line the bottom in a removable ring shape and spread the sausages on top.
  3. Beat the cream, milk, eggs, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper in a blender and pour this mixture over the sausages.
  4. Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until the dough is firm and golden. Ready!
  5. This pie is even more delicious accompanied by pepper sauce or spicy ketchup.
