2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs;
  • 2 tablespoons of white sesame;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 300 grams of cold chicken breast boned in baits;
  • Garlic to taste;
  • Black pepper to taste;
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Season the Friato chicken baits with garlic, salt and black pepper and set aside.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs and sesame in one bowl and, in another, mix the white and egg yolk.
  3. Then, bake the baits by first passing the eggs and then mixing them with flour and sesame.
  4. Finally, fry in very hot oil and serve with sauce.
  5. A tip is to use mayonnaise or tartar sauce.
