  • 200 g of ricotta;
  • ½ box of sour cream;
  • 3 tablespoons of cream cheese;
  • Salt and spices to taste;
  • Chives or nira to tie.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Beat the ricotta, the cream, the creamy curd, the salt and the spices in the processor until the dough is in balls.
  2. Wrap the mixture with the mortadella slices, forming a bundle and tie with chives or nira.
  3. This recipe yields approximately 20 bundles.
