Beef Burger and Palette

  • 500 gramas de linguiça de pernil e paleta Friato
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de cebola picada
  • 1 small crumbled bread
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (or parsley)
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • frying oil

Preparation

Mode

  1. Remove the skin from the ham sausage and Friato palette and place it in a container with the onion, bread, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into eight portions.
  4. Make balls and flatten them into a hamburger shape.
  5. Place in a shallow container, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. After that, fry the hamburgers in a little oil or grill them on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Serve on a sandwich, with your favorite ingredients, and enjoy the flavor!
