Friato’s SESMT carried out another edition of its Emergency Evacuation Drill, an annual activity designed to train employees’ response capacity in a real risk situation.

During the exercise, all employees are guided to follow escape routes and emergency exits, moving safely and in an organized manner to the meeting point according to established protocols. In addition to practical training, the drill also makes it possible to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that evacuation procedures become increasingly efficient.

Managers, supervisors, brigade members, and safety multipliers, as well as the SESMT team, participated actively in the action. They were on the front lines guiding employees through each sector and evaluating response time. The activity also received support from the Fire Department, an essential partner in guiding and validating the safety practices adopted.
