With the objective of maintaining safety and health in the work environment, the Friato SESMT team held, from October 24 to 28, the 8th Internal Week for the Prevention of Work Accidents - SIPAT, with the theme “Safety is in your hands".

During the week, educational lectures, fun activities on safety in the workplace and guest participation were held, such as: the Band of the 11th Battalion of the Military Police, the team of the 11th Military Firefighter Squad of Pires do Rio and circus artist Hudson, interpreting the presenter Sílvio Santos and the Clown NR12 who passed in all sectors of the factory advising on accident prevention with machines and equipment in a light and funny way. In addition, employees had the opportunity to compete for several awards participating in the dynamics and lectures.

The Occupational Safety Engineer, Rodrigo Ferreira, explained that in addition to SIPAT, which is held once a year, the company also promotes actions throughout the year in order to alert employees about the importance of preventing accidents and maintaining health occupational.
