Milanese Cold Chicken Gizzard

1 kg of Cold Chicken Gizzard;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • Complete seasoning;
  • Ginger to taste;
  • Garlic to taste;
  • Bay leaves to taste;
  • Onions to taste;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 kg of breadcrumbs;
  • Lemon to taste.
  • Sauce
  • ½ cup of sour cream;
  • 1 Package (60 g) of onion cream;
  • Juice of ½ lemon;
  • Horseradish to taste.

Gizzard Cook the gizzards in water and with the other spices until they are soft;
  1. Drain well;
  2. Season the breadcrumbs with a little onion cream;
  3. Pass the gizzards in breadcrumbs, scrambled eggs and again in breadcrumbs;
  4. Fry in plenty of oil;
  5. Sauce In a bowl, place the cream, onion cream and lemon juice.
  6. Mix well until smooth;
  7. Add the horseradish, mix some more and serve with the gizzards.
