Hot Dog Sausage Stick with Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients List
- Tomato sauce to taste
- 1 package (150g) Friato Mozzarella Cheese
- 9 units of Friato Hot Dog Sausage
- Tomato sauce to taste
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon dry active yeast
- 1/2 kg wheat flour
- oil for frying
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- Panko breadcrumbs
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, mix the milk, sugar, salt, margarine, yeast, and oil, and combine well.
- Then gradually add the flour, kneading well until you get a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until very thin and cut into pieces about the length of the palm of your hand by three fingers wide.
- Place a little sauce over the hot dog sausage, wrap it with the mozzarella cheese and place it at the end of the rolled-out dough, roll it up and seal the sides.
- Bread by dipping in the egg and then in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and serve!
