Hot Dog Sausage Stick with Mozzarella Cheese

  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • 1 Mozzarella Cheese 150g Friato
  • 9 units of Hot Dog Friato
  • Sausage Tomato sauce to taste
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1/2 kg of wheat flour frying oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass(s) of water panko flour

Preparation

Mode

  1. In a bowl mix the milk, sugar, salt, margarine, yeast and oil, and mix well.
  2. Then gradually add the flour, knead well until you get a smooth dough.
  3. Open the dough with the help of a roll until it is very thin and cut pieces the size of a palm of the hand by 3 three fingers.
  4. Put some of the sauce on top of the hot dog sausage, roll it up with the mozzarella cheese and place it on the end of the open dough, roll it up and close the sides.
  5. Coat with egg and panko flour.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  7. Remove from oil and serve!
