Hawaiian Rice with Ham and Shrimp
Ingredients

1 pearl pineapple cut in half without the crumb to serve;
- 400g of clean and pre-cooked medium shrimp;
- 300g of cold ham, chopped into cubes;
- 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice;
- pinch of salt;
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter;
- 1 teaspoon of dehydrated garlic;
- 1 cup of woody rice;
- 1 small vegetable broth, or 3 cups of homemade vegetable broth;
- 3 cups of warm water, if you do not use the 3 cups of vegetable broth;
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of coconut milk;
- 1 cup of diced pineapple; (without the hard core);
- olive oil for watering;
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste;
