Conchiglione Stuffed with Chicken Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of conchiglione pasta;
  • 500g of cheese;
  • 500g of Cold Chicken Snack;
  • 200g of cream cheese (I recommend from the brand Canto de Minas);
  • Basil;
  • Sun-dried tomatoes;
  • 100g grated padano cheese;
  • Olive oil;
  • 1 traditional tomato sauce;
  • 1 Can of peeled tomatoes;
  • 1/2 chopped onion;
  • 1 chopped garlic;
  • Salt;
  • Herbs to taste to complement the sauce.

Preparation

Mode

  1. Cook the conchiglione in boiling water with a little salt until it is al dente.
  2. In a pan fry the garlic and onion in the oil, when golden brown put the ready sauce and the tomatoes without the peel and its broth (If necessary, add herbs to taste to complement the sauce).
  3. Mix and add a little water.
  4. Cook for about 13 minutes, when the tomatoes are soft, mash them to melt.
  5. With a spoon, fill the conchigliones with a little bit of the sauce, a snack of grated chicken and grated mozzarella cheese and a dessert spoon of creamy curd, basil and sun-dried tomatoes to taste.
  6. Place the sauce on the bottom of a dish / refractory, then the stuffed shells next to each other, and finish with grated cheese on top.
  7. Leave in the oven until the cheese is browned so that the dough does not dry out.
