Chicken Ravioli with Cheese Sauce

1 package of chicken ravioli pasta 500g
  • 500 g Friato Chicken Breast
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • Salt and oregano to taste
Sauce
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 2 spoons of wheat flour
  • 2 tray of Fried Mozzarella Cheese 150g
  • 1/2 chicken broth
  • 1/2 box of cream nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Mode

  1. Place the chicken breast in the pressure cooker with garlic, onion, bell pepper, oregano and salt.
  2. Put water until it almost covers the chicken, cover the pan and after ''sizzling'' leave it for 20 minutes.
  3. Add water to another pan to heat, when it boils, add the ravioli and wait to cook.
  4. When everyone is floating, turn off the heat, drain the water and reserve the ravioli.
  5. After the chicken fillet cooks, remove and wait to cool down to shred it.
  6. In a pan, put the butter and let it melt.
  7. Put half a chicken broth, right after put the milk and 2 spoons of wheat flour. Stir constantly to avoid lumps.
  8. Add the mozzarella cheese and keep stirring until it melts.
  9. Put some nutmeg and half a box of cream, hit the salt and keep stirring.
  10. Finally put the ravioli on a platter, add the chicken and the sauce and mix everything.
