School holidays are synonymous with fun, a house full of children, remarkable moments beside the little ones and easy snacks to make. But just because the snack is practical, at the time of preparation, it does not mean that it should not be attractive and tasty to please the kids, right?
Thinking about it we look for easy recipes to make, so you don't waste a lot of time in the kitchen and to involve the children in the preparation, after all, this moment can also be used to provide fun and stimulate the children's creativity. Check out:
Chicken pancake
Just put 3 eggs, 1 ½ cup of milk, 1 ½ cup of wheat flour, 1 spoon of soy oil, 2 cubes of chicken stock and grated cheese to taste in the blender and beat. Then place a ladle of this dough in the greased pan (turning to cover the entire bottom) and let it brown. When you do this with all the dough, just fill the pancakes with sauteed shredded chicken and tomato sauce and roll. Bake with sauce and cheese on top, just to melt the cheese. And if you want to make everything even more fun, put natural dyes in the pancake batter and make everything colorful, kids will love rolling the pancakes!
Oven Hot-dog
In a blender, blend 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of milk, 2 eggs, 100g of grated Parmesan cheese. Then add 1 ½ spoon of baking powder and mix slowly with a spoon and set aside. Sauté 8 chopped sausages with onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped pepper, 1 can of green corn, 1 can of peas, ½ can of tomato sauce and olives to taste. Then just put half the batter in a blender in a greased form and then add the sausage sauce. Then cover with the rest of the dough, sprinkle grated cheese, to give it an extra charm, and bake in the medium oven for 30 minutes. Children love hot dogs and will love to know that you can do it in the oven!
Ham Croquette
Mix 4 tablespoons of cream cheese and chopped chives well. Spread on two slices of bread. Cover each with three folded ham slices. Close the sandwich with the other two slices. Beat 2 eggs lightly with a fork, mix 4 tablespoons of milk, salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Soak the sandwiches in this mixture. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet and brown both sides of the two sandwiches until they are golden brown. Serve immediately. There won't be a piece of that croquette left, the children will devour everything!
