We know that sales are fundamental to our brand, without them there would be no business or organization. Our products are distributed throughout Brazil, and marketing is carried out through our representatives, who play a large role in the growth and success of the brand.
Thinking about training our sales representatives, we created the “Friato Capacita” course, with the objective of approaching the foundation of the brand, specifications of our products, visual merchandising and the sales area.
The need for our sellers to know and know how to speak with propriety about each product is our differential, so that when they make contact with the merchant (customer) they can clear all doubts and thus pass on the information to their final customer.

We hold two annual meetings for our distributors, an event in which we present new product launches and exclusive lectures on current sales.
