The Friato Industrial Complex, has already received around 1,500 students since the implementation of the Friato Project in Schools on October 17, 2014. But the intention is to increase this number even more. We believe that we can make a difference in the community in which we operate, we believe that education is capable of transforming a reality, that's why we bet on this Project.

At first, Friato entered into a partnership with municipal and state schools, but the project grew, and we decided to open our doors to private schools and higher education, inaugurating the Friato Project in Academic Schools.

But, we couldn't stop, we implemented the Incubator Project in schools, where we took the children of Elementary School I the process of the egg cycle, the development of the chick and the poultry production.

Visits to the Friato factory are monitored by competent professionals, who interact and clarify students' doubts. The moment of the visit is an opportunity for relationships and fun between employees and students, and yet, a unique opportunity for many children and young people to experience the work that is done by their parents, as many students who visit us through the project, are children of our employees.
