Friato, aware of the differential of a well-developed leadership team, conducts the Training and Development of Leaders monthly, carried out with trained professionals. The trainings are based on techniques that aim to form teams with efficiency in leadership, people management and high productivity.
And after a year of a lot of training, development and hard work, the 10th Training and Development of Friato Leaders and Person in Charge took place on Saturday, in the space “Recanto Água Viva”. With an outdoor contest, specially prepared for the leaders, who had contact with nature, in a pleasant way, with lots of games, music and several thanks.
The moment was to demonstrate the recognition of each one of those who are leaders, who are in front of the production lines and to thank spontaneously and sincerely for their dedication during 2016.
